DeAngelo Contracting Services, LLC (DCS) in Georgia is seeking a Highway Maintenance Technician to perform highway maintenance tasks under supervision. Responsibilities include culvert work, mowing, patching pavements, storm cleanup, fence/sign repair, litter removal, and equipment operation.

The role requires a high school diploma, 18+ years of age, a valid driver’s license with 3+ years of clean driving, physical stamina, and the ability to work in adverse weather.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of clean driving.
• Able to work in adverse weather conditions.
• Able to lift moderately heavy objects.
• Be able to bend, climb, stand, stoop, or walk for long periods of time.
• Accurate eye-hand coordination.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations with work plans and work schedules due to workload or season display.

Job Description

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking a skilled Highway Maintenance Technician to conduct a variety of Highway Maintenance Services, as well as other related tasks under close supervision. We are seeking a qualified applicant that will train in Highway/Roadway Routine Maintenance.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Clean and clear culverts.
• Mowing, and clearing brush from roadsides.

• Assist in storm cleanup.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
