Caltrans Maintenance Supervisor is a leadership role within the California Department of Transportation. The incumbent supervises a maintenance crew on highway tasks, develops work plans, schedules, and ensures safety training for crews across assigned regions.

A valid Class C driver's license is required; a Class A/B license is desirable for training on commercial equipment. The job may require overtime, nights, weekends, and possible travel, with a typical 5/40 schedule and occasional shift
