Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive truck & trailer combo.
• Ability to work days, nights, and out of town as needed.
• Knowledge of small power tools and ability to lift heavy objects.

• Assist with drainage repairs and be prepared for emergency call-outs.

Job description

We are looking for a Road Maintenance Foremen & Skilled Laborers to perform various highway maintenance activities including but not limited to:

• Guardrail Repairs
• Slope Repairs
• Signage Repairs
• Drainage Repairs

Recommended Experience:

• Must have a valid driver's license that is insurable and be able to drive truck & trailer combo.
• Must be able to work days, nights, out of town when required, and emergency call outs as necessary.
• Must have knowledge of small power tools, hand tools, be able to lift heavy objects.
• Small equipment experience is helpful but not required.
• Familiar with FDOT Design Standards.
• Ability to communicate well with fellow crew members and management.
• MOT experience would be helpful but is not required.
• Must have good organizational skills with reasonable computer knowledge.
