Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety standards (MUTCD, ASTM) and quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all specialized laboratory testing program operations and data analysis requirements.
• Oversee calibration and repair of multiple test systems and equipment.
• Assign technicians for testing, data analysis, and safety planning.
• Provide training and guidance to laboratory staff and ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop maintenance manuals and manage resource allocation for test systems.
