You will lead teams across multiple sites and ensure quality, timely delivery, and proper equipment use. The position requires a strong background in highway heavy construction, blueprints reading, and hands-on leadership, with willingness to work

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; construction management certs preferred.
• Ten years in highway heavy construction with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to read blueprints.
