The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience required.
• EIT, FE, or PE preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License must be held.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in outside contact and communication for specific projects.
• Providing cost estimates and feasibility studies for capital improvements.
• Working on intersection design and traffic signal design.
• Analyzing highway occupancy permit design criteria.
• Reviewing construction site progress as per contract documents.
• Serving as on-site project representative.

Skills

Strong work ethic

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Knowledge of CADD Software

Ability to work on multiple projects

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
