This hybrid role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 4+ years of highway design experience, TDOT familiarity, and proficiency in MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer. PE registration preferred; travel less than 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of infrastructure and highway design experience.
• Direct TDOT project experience and familiarity with TDOT standards.
• Proficiency in MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.
• PE registration or ability to obtain in Tennessee.
• Strong project coordination across phases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transportation projects for TDOT and Tennessee municipalities.
• Apply highway design expertise and TDOT standards.
• Coordinate all project phases from concept to design release.
• Mentor interns and junior staff; support task leadership.
• Work in a hybrid role with limited travel and office presence.
