Based in Tennessee, this hybrid role requires about two days in the office per week with travel under 10%. A PE license or the ability to obtain Tennessee registration is required, and prior TDOT project experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of infrastructure and highway design experience.
• Direct TDOT project experience with TDOT standards.
• Proficiency in MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.
• PE license or ability to obtain in Tennessee.
• Strong coordination across project phases.

Responsibilities

• Apply highway and roadway design to solve complex problems.
• Coordinate all phases of transportation projects from conception to delivery.
• Interpret TDOT standards and design criteria for TDOT and local projects.
• Collaborate with clients, peers, and junior staff to deliver high-quality designs.
