Qualificações

• Must have a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–5 years of transportation experience.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and take ownership of tasks.
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and sound judgment.
• Collaborative approach with integrity and active listening.

Responsabilidades

• Support highway design projects including alignments, drainage, and geometry using roadway design software.
• Develop design plans, construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Apply NYSDOT or local design standards and safety codes.
• Maintain organized design documents, reports, and budget records.
• Support QA/QC processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Assist with field inspections and data collection.
• Support project managers with schedules, documentation, and client coordination.
