Qualifications

• Professional Engineering License (PE) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead highway transportation projects from proposal through design and construction.
• Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, staffing, billing, QA/QC, client updates, and closeout.
• Prepare winning proposals and serve as primary client contact.
