Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of engineering experience in heavy civil highway construction.
• Strong prioritization, organizational skills, and detail orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor scheduling, forecasting, and cost control to influence project performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to resolve design changes.
• Communicate risks and status in project review meetings.
• Drive claims and change orders tracking and reporting.
• Oversee procurement to align with budget.
• Ensure CPM schedules are developed and used throughout the project.
• Direct contract management to resolve contractual issues.
