Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Highway Construction Laborer to join our outdoor crew in Utah. You, along with operators, engineers, and paving specialists, will perform earthmoving, concrete placement, and roadway construction on active sites.

The role requires high energy, readiness to learn, reliability with lifting 75–100 lbs, and a valid CDL or OSHA-10 sponsorship. Competitive hourly pay and a path to advanced roles are offered.

Qualifications

• Entry-level to 2+ years in heavy civil or road construction.
• Must lift 75-100 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED; CDL preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Set up forms and pour concrete and asphalt structures.
• Operate pneumatic tools and heavy equipment with safety.
• Prepare active sites, place signage, and guide equipment.
• Excavate trenches and lay drainage pipes.
• Coordinate with operators, spotters, and inspectors.
• Install highway guardrail.
