Qualifications

Baccalaureate Degree in business, accounting, computer technology, or related area, and a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience.
Working knowledge of standard English grammar, spelling, and punctuation, and ability to complete detailed reports as required.
Ability to operate standard office equipment including calculator, computer, printer, copier, fax machine, video and digital cameras.

Responsibilities

Oversee road, bridge, and small structure inventories using database and GIS software.
Submit roadway changes to INDOT for inclusion into the official road inventory.
Maintain County GIS systems and Department inventory for road changes and deletions.
Provide inventory and condition analysis for GASB reporting and related financial data.
Create and maintain the Highway Department section of the County website and interactive maps.
