Highly Skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician (Finance)

Worthington Enterprises is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and safely across our facility. This role involves preventative and mechanical maintenance, requiring advanced knowledge of machine repair. A strong electrical and PLC manufacturing background is essential, including the ability to read and interpret ladder logic and program HMIs. Candidates must successfully complete a hands-on electrical board and PLC programming assessment.

We are hiring for 2nd or 3rd shift.

• Proficient in using meters and taking measurements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with electrical and PLC skills required
• CPR and first aid certification may be required
• Training in lockout/tagout, fall protection, PPE, and confined space safety
• Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and communication
