Funnels are the new storefront. Automations are the new sales team. As our go-to HighLevel expert, you’ll architect, build, and optimize the systems that turn attention into action—and leads into loyal customers. From lead gen to nurture flows, this role powers the infrastructure behind growth.

What You’ll Do

Funnel Engineering– Build and refine conversion-focused funnels inGoHighLevel, including opt-in pages, booking flows, form handling, and upsell sequences.

CRM & Automation Setup– Design, implement, and test robust automations using triggers, tags, pipelines, conditional logic, and multi-step workflows.

Tech Integrations– Connect HighLevel to third-party systems via native tools, webhooks, andZapier; troubleshoot errors and edge cases confidently.

Landing Page Customization– Modify or embed HighLevel forms/funnels intoWordPresspages and microsites as needed.

Client Onboarding & Reputation Tools– Configure calendars, survey forms, call tracking, review requests, and automated follow-ups.

Reporting & Optimization– Monitor performance, suggest improvements, and evolve campaigns based on data from within HighLevel and beyond.

Collaboration– Work closely with designers, strategists, and marketers to turn creative concepts into technical realities.

Core Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-onGoHighLevelexperience: funnel builds, automation logic, CRM management, and campaign optimization
• Working knowledge ofWordPress: embedding forms, adjusting layout or content, troubleshooting plugin issues
• Familiarity withconversion funnels, lead nurturing, segmentation, and marketing automation best practices
• Experience integrating withZapier, CRMs, email/SMS platforms, and third-party APIs
• Comfort with testing, debugging, and resolving technical workflow issues across platforms
• Strong communication and documentation skills for cross-team clarity
• Agency or client-facing experience preferred

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of webhooks, Integromat/Make, or custom-coded automations
• Familiarity with GA4, UTMs, and conversion tracking best practices
• Design literacy to collaborate effectively with creative teams
