Highland Senior Living - CNA, HHA & Caregivers - Full Time AM and Part Time Overnight

Join our team at Highland Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community located in Little Falls, Minnesota. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides, CNAs, and Caregivers to provide excellent care for our residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care Units.

Position Details:
  • Shifts Available: Full Time AM and Part Time Overnight
  • Wage: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Shift Differential: $1 for PM, $2 for NOC
Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
  • Recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat residents with respect and dignity
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care
  • Assist with medication administration
Qualifications:
  • Experience in an assisted living community preferred
  • Strong interest in healthcare
  • Positive, compassionate attitude
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
