Your Role

• Support day-to-day activities and key projects within manufacturing
• Conduct research, analysis, or data review to support business decisions
• Assist in developing reports, presentations, or process documentation
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the organization
• Identify opportunities for process improvement or efficiency gains
• Present project findings, recommendations, or results

About You

The company is looking for:

• Candidates with or working toward a BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong user of Microsoft Office suite of products, with advanced Excel skills
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Preferred: Exposure to continuous improvement tools, data analysis, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, process documentation, and manufacturing operations
• Preferred: Prior internship, project, or relevant experience
