High End Insurance Sales Agency Hiring Top-Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money
• Agents unable to purchase their own leads
• Agents requiring constant guidance
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills
• Agents comfortable with high premiums (average over $250/month)
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with top lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. Unlike traditional life insurance companies, we focus on high-value policies and operate 100% virtually via phone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium. We do not participate in lead assistance programs.
