High End Insurance Sales Agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and require minimal supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads
• Agents who need constant hand-holding
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills
• Agents comfortable with high premiums (average over $250/month)

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We operate exclusively through virtual meetings (telephone/Zoom), focusing on high-value policies. Our agents typically invest $1,000-$1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000-$15,000 in premium.

We do not participate in lead assistance programs. We offer competitive contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding and seeking more agents to join our successful team.
