High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

  • Agents who NEED to make money urgently and are desperate.
  • Agents who CAN'T buy their own leads to make sales.
  • Agents who NEED hand-holding every step of the way.
  • Cheap agents selling policies for $30, $50, or $70/month.
  • People who are NOT coachable and have a giant ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

  • An agent who is competent, speaks well, and communicates effectively.
  • An agent comfortable showing high premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.
  • An agent who doesn't need motivation and is ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers selling high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling traditional life, final expense, mortgage protection, or low-premium policies.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Average agents spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.

We do NOT participate in lead assist programs.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
