High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents who NEED to make money urgently.
2. Agents who CAN'T buy their own leads to make sales.
3. Agents who NEED guidance at every step.
4. Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month).
5. Uncoachable agents with a big ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent, articulate agents who communicate effectively.
2. Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
3. Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products.

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.

We do NOT participate in lead assist programs.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more agents.
