High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need their hand held.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who NEED to make money urgently and are desperate.
• Agents who CAN'T buy their own leads to make sales.
• Agents who NEED their hand held every step of the way.
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month).
• People who are NOT coachable and have a giant ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents who speak well and communicate effectively.
• Agents comfortable showing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
• Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers selling high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

We operate entirely through virtual sales (telephone and Zoom) meetings across the US. Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We do NOT participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We just need more agents to join us.
