High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate
• Agents who can't afford to buy their own leads to make sales
• Agents who need hand-holding every step of the way
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• People who are not coachable and have a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents who speak well and communicate effectively
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers selling high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums. We do not participate in lead assistance programs.
