High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

  • Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate.
  • Agents who can't afford to buy their own leads to make sales.
  • Agents who need hand-holding every step of the way.
  • Cheap agents who sell low-premium policies ($30-70/month).
  • People who are not coachable and have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

  • Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills.
  • Agents comfortable showing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
  • Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products.

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.

Average agents spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
