High End Insurance Sales Agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently or are desperate
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachably egoistic agents

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA.

We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies; our focus is on high-value products.

All sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom across the US.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs.
