High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Salespeople

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking motivated, self-managing sales professionals who thrive without micromanagement.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money quickly
• Agents unable to purchase their own leads
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively connect with clients
• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies (average over $250/month)
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with top lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
