Your Mission

As aGoGira! HigherEducation Independent Sales Rep, you will unlock new revenue for campuses while helping them amplify their value propositions to prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Gen:Identify universities, community colleges, and trade / vocational schools; build relationships with VPs & Directors of Enrollment, Admissions, Marketing, Student Success, Athletics, and Academic Deans.

Consultative Selling:Diagnose institutional pain points—yield volatility, brand differentiation, data gaps—and position GoGira! subscriptions as the solution.

Product Demonstrations:Deliver compelling virtual or on‑site demos highlighting Hub posts, Match analytics, and outreach dashboards.

Pipeline & Forecasting:Maintain accurate deal stages in our partner portal; report territory progress to GoGira! Sales Leadership.

Account Onboarding:Guide new clients through implementation, ensuring successful launch and high adoption across departments.

Market Intelligence:Relay feedback to product and marketing teams to refine features and collateral for the HigherEd segment.

Ideal Profile

  • 3+ yearsselling SaaS, CRM, EdTech, or digital marketing solutions to higher‑education decision‑makers.
  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record ofmeeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Deep understanding ofadmissions, recruitment, enrollment management, or higher education marketing,and the competitive pressures faced by colleges & trade schools.
  • Excellent listening skills and a communicator able to demonstrate GoGira!'s value propositions to Higher Education VPs, Deans, and Board‑level stakeholders.
  • Operates as an established 1099 sales contractor—meeting IRS guidelinesand California’s “ABCtest” for true 1099 independent contractors
  • Thrives in a commission‑only environment with a self‑motivated, disciplined, and resourceful approach.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in admissions, enrollment consulting, or higher‑ed marketing.

Compensation & Support

  • Commission:15%of every annual or multi‑year subscription you close (individual seats or enterprise license)
  • Earning Potential:$70k – $150k+ (uncapped) based on performance
  • Resources:Dedicated sales support, marketing collateral, conference leads, and an affiliate portal for real‑time tracking
  • Flexibility:Set your schedule, prioritize your territory, and focus on strategic accounts.

This is a 1099 commission‑only role—contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and benefits.
