The role reports to a Manager and Practice Chief of Staff, supporting multiple Directors. Candidates should have a 4-year degree, strong writing, detail orientation, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify external funding opportunities aligned with client needs
• Research federal, state and foundation grant opportunities
• Liaise with program officers at agencies and foundations
• Prepare written materials summarizing opportunities
• Analyze awardee characteristics to inform competitiveness
• Summarize information for staff/client briefings
• Support Directors and Managing Directors with project management
• Contribute to planning workshops and trainings
