• Plan, supervise, and control all phases of higher ed assurance engagements.
• Plan timing, staffing, and execution to deliver value to clients.
• Lead engagement decisions and keep principals informed of progress.
• Develop a trained, accountable team and provide staff mentorship.
• Supervise engagement letters, discuss terms with clients, estimate fees.
• Monitor progress, budgets, deadlines, and communicate developments to management.
