Qualifications

• Licensed architect with strong experience in higher education design and leadership.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects ($10M–$50M) in higher education.
• Proven business development and client relationship management.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop architectural teams.

• Identify and pursue new opportunities within Maryland higher education architecture.
• Develop strategies to expand market presence and secure projects.
• Lead proposal efforts and project pursuits with higher education clients.
• Mentor architectural teams and foster collaborative design culture.
• Oversee projects from concept through completion within budget and schedule.
