Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working in a higher education setting translating data into actionable insights
• A working knowledge of contemporary challenges in higher education and STEM disciplines is desired to include a high level of fluency in the issues for students in science and higher education
• Strong time and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and analyze data from multiple institutional sources to provide reports for college leadership
• Collaborate with college personnel to support strategic planning and KPIs
• Design, write, and analyze survey data
• Serve as a consultant for data gathering, interpretation and use
• Provide consultation to college offices on assessment initiatives and learning outcomes
• Partner with IT to develop and maintain a secure data repository for college stakeholders
• Contribute to ad hoc analyses and projects with responsive data extraction
• Participate in college/university committees to support initiatives
