Petroleum Marketing Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our 7-Eleven and Gas Station location in Sterling, VA.

The GM will lead store operations, develop the team, and drive profitability while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to PMG standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills, with a track record of managing high-volume retail environments.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Experience leading and building a highly effective team.
• Experience selecting, training, and performance management of staff.
• Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team to implement positive change.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with little supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
• Resolve customer and associate concerns effectively.
• Execute PMG sales strategy and business processes to maximize sales-building efforts.
• Analyze income statements and reports to ensure store profitability.
• Supervise day-to-day tasks and performance of all staff.
• Manage daily paperwork, cash, lottery, shrink, spoilage, and waste processes.
• Manage labor and team schedules.
• Build relationships with community partners.
• Analyze trends and set action plans for store challenges.
