Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (Ford or dealership experience preferred).
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with technicians, management, and customers.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation and repair order management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, professional, and customer-focused service from write-up through vehicle delivery.
• Maximize service sales by effectively presenting recommended maintenance and repair options.
• Manage and schedule technician time to help meet and exceed departmental sales and productivity goals.
• Clearly communicate repair needs, timelines, estimates, and any changes throughout the service process.
• Prioritize customer safety and vehicle reliability when recommending services.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and high CSI scores.
