Job summary

Spinato’s Pizzeria in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a motivated server to deliver warm, attentive service in a high-volume dining room. You will manage a 5–7 table section with professionalism, urgency, and a welcoming demeanor, ensuring every guest feels like part of the Spinato’s family.

The role requires communication with FOH/HOH teams, adherence to hospitality standards and core values, and quick, kind resolution of guest concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months serving experience.
• Open weekend availability: Friday–Sunday, plus 2–3 weekday shifts.
• Current Food Handler’s Card and AZ Alcohol Certification.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
