Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of serving experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service fundamentals is required.
• Valid certifications for alcohol and food service must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized service from greeting to farewell.
• Demonstrate comprehensive menu knowledge, including allergens.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system.
• Monitor table progress and anticipate guest needs.
