Job summary

The Gulf in Orange Beach, AL is hiring an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant, bar and kitchen operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. The GM will supervise front-of-house and kitchen teams, manage budgets, and uphold standards across all areas of operation.

Competitive salary ranging from $70k to $100k, plus performance-based bonuses and health/dental/vision insurance options.

Qualifications

• General management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Understanding of P&L line items.
• Energetic, trustworthy, and team-oriented individual.
• Passion for the restaurant industry and guest experiences.
• Ability to source and manage supplies within budget.
• Enforce standards to increase sales and control costs.
• Oversee financial and payroll administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations, front-of-house, and bar in a high-volume concept.
• Manage budgeting, invoices and reporting in line with company policies.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensure consistent high quality of food and service.
• Maintain professional restaurant image and appearance standards.
• Coordinate provisioning and scheduling with suppliers and corporate office.
