Pilot Flying J is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to run a high-volume quick-service restaurant. Applicants must be willing to relocate. You will be accountable for the restaurant's financial and operational performance, including guest service and team leadership.

The role requires managing P&L, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring excellent hospitality while supporting a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
