Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or varying shifts.

• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment per work instructions and quality standards.
• Record production counts, defect data, and machine information.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, and maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Complete and maintain all required production documentation.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
• Participate in shift-change communications to ensure smooth production operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
