Job summary

PrideStaff (Portland) is seeking a Printer Operator in Portland to run multiple high-speed digital printers and meet tight production deadlines. You will offload finished materials, adjust equipment for peak output, and apply LEAN practices daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial or industrial print production experience.
• 6+ months running high-speed printing equipment (Canon/OCE, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Kyocera).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for the full shift.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for template edits and formatting.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple high-speed digital printers across several jobs.
• Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Offload materials, stage on cutters, and preserve exact order.
• Apply LEAN practices to daily work and report issues promptly.
• Prepare print-ready files and perform minor design tweaks as needed.
• Coordinate with customer service and production teams on priorities.
