Wolfgang Puck Catering in Pleasanton, CA is hiring immediately for a full-time Prep Cook. This position prepares food and serves guests in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, following recipes and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Obtains daily production schedule from the Chef and works to meet production goals.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
