Job summary

RSC Mechanical is seeking a Dispatcher for our Mechanical Contracting division to manage high-volume communications and dispatch operations in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate between customers, technicians, and management to ensure timely service and successful outcomes.

The role requires strong organization, multitasking, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Google Docs. This is an on-site position in Clinton Township, MI with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must be a team player and interact cooperatively with coworkers, supervisors, technicians and clients.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, stressful environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Docs is a must.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to high-volume phone calls, emails, and dispatch queue.
• Create tickets with detailed documentation.
• Dispatch and prioritize tickets to service technicians.
• Manage spreadsheets, instructions, GPS systems and customer portals.
• Alert management for high-visibility issues and document resolutions.
