Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hourly manufacturing roles
• Partner with Production Supervisors and Operations Leaders to set weekly hiring targets
• Source quickly using ATS automations and local platforms
• Conduct fast, structured interviews emphasizing safety, teamwork, reliability
• Manage offers, background checks, and drug screenings
