Job summary

Holland Sharpe is seeking a Manufacturing Line Operator to join a high-volume production team in Clarksville, TN. You will start each shift by reviewing procedures and will be responsible for running equipment with a quality-first mindset on a fast-moving line.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, detecting and reporting anomalies, keeping a tidy work area, and helping the team meet output goals while preserving product quality.

Qualifications

• 12-hour shifts on your feet with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment or machinery is preferred.
