Qualifications

• Ability to operate insertion and printing equipment at a basic level to process customer statements and other communications.
• Experience in a production environment.
• Able to stand for 8 hours.
• Able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Read and understand English production documents.
• Basic PC and keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate insertion and printing equipment at a basic proficiency level to meet production and quality standards.
• Oversee machine setup and inspect parts prior to production.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
• Perform routine quality inspections on printed/inserted materials.
• Complete daily paperwork in line with policies and safety rules.
• Collaborate with peers and other departments to ensure smooth workflows.
• Cross-train on multiple machines and reconcilement tasks as needed.
• Accurately load jobs and maintain machine logs.
