Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a high-volume North America collection litigation portfolio. You will work with in-house attorneys, outside counsel, and business teams to manage cases from intake to resolution and closure.

The ideal candidate has litigation experience, strong organization, deadline management, and excellent communication. Familiarity with financial services or related finance disputes is highly valued. Location: Nashville, TN.

• Help manage a high-volume portfolio of North America litigation matters with deadlines and records.
• Track pleadings, discovery, depositions, and other milestones.
• Assist attorneys with research, discovery, and preparation.
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, and case summaries under supervision.
• Coordinate among in-house counsel, outside counsel, and business teams.
