Job summary

Topgolf is hiring a kitchen team member in Utah to prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes, while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. You will support order execution with a collaborative crew and ensure proper portion control and presentation at all times.

You will keep a clean, organized station, assist with inventory, and contribute to Topgolf’s energetic, team-driven environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are included; HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen or culinary environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and teamwork-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure food quality and safety.
• Adhere to portion control guidelines and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate food preparation and order execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including washing dishes and equipment.
• Assist in food inventory management as needed.
