Job summary

Beverly Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a collaborative General Surgeon to join a high-volume, community-based practice on Boston's North Shore. The role offers a predictable call schedule and access to a robust referral network within a premier health system.

The position supports advanced minimally invasive procedures, da Vinci robotics, and integrated Epic EMR, with strong collaboration across Lahey Hospital & Medical Center and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited school of medicine.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited General Surgery Residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery.
• Active (or eligible for) Massachusetts medical licensure, MA controlled substance registration, and Federal DEA.

Responsibilities

• High-volume general surgery, acute care surgery, and advanced minimally invasive procedures.
• Equitable, structured call schedule with predictable time off.
• Active participation in network-wide quality improvement panels and OR governance initiatives.
