Duties include following recipes, presenting meals, and maintaining sanitation per HAACP guidelines. Requirements include being at least 18, ability to obtain base security clearance, and prior food service experience is desirable though not strictly required.

• Prepare and store food according to prescribed recipes and specs.
• Present food in an appealing and timely manner.
• Assist in food cost control through batch cooking and temperature monitoring.
• Maintain HAACP-compliant sanitation practices.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitized daily.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Report defective equipment to the Assistant Manager.
• Interact with customers and staff courteously.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
