Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid OSHA-compliant forklift certification.
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks in warehouse, manufacturing or distribution.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 8–12 hour shifts.
• Ability to read shipping manifests and Bills of Lading (BOL).
• Experience using handheld RF scanners and inventory systems.
• Strong understanding of OSHA requirements and PPE standards.
• Safe operation of forklifts for material handling.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and transport, stack, rack, stage, load and unload materials.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and ensure proper storage.
• Load and unload semi-trailers and freight per safety procedures.
• Read and interpret shipping manifests and BOLs.
• Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track movements.
• Perform inventory audits and report discrepancies.
• Follow OSHA, PPE, and facility safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
