Responsibilities

• Prepare kitchen for store opening and closing.
• Prepare food for all Prepared Foods stations following recipes.
• Label, date, store, and check expiration dates for products.
• Cook on sauté, grill, pizza oven and other stations as needed.
• Stock and maintain Prepared Foods cases and stations.
• Process made-to-order items accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with management on production priorities.
